Following successful payment confirmation, purchased digital products are made available for download through the customer's account dashboard on the Site. An order confirmation and information about accessing the purchased files are also sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Digital access is normally provided immediately after successful payment confirmation. Email delivery may occasionally be affected by mail provider filtering, spam protection, incorrect email addresses, or temporary technical issues.
